Is a GoodStockPress product physical or digital?
Digital. Every product is a print-ready PDF delivered as an instant download the moment you buy on Etsy. Nothing is shipped and there is no production wait — you print it yourself at home or through a print shop.
How does the personalization work?
In a short web-based wizard, one of three ways: a multiple-choice quiz about the recipient scored against a bank of about 300 written lines; a direct photo-and-name builder with live preview; or a multi-recipient list builder for things like wedding-party cards. It takes about five minutes and you preview the result before buying.
How do I print my file?
At home on cardstock, or at any local or online print shop. The free Print Lab tool tells you the exact paper weight and finish to buy for your specific product and finds print shops near you by postal code. Most decks also include a free Cricut- and Silhouette-compatible cut file so you don't have to trim cards by hand.
How much do GoodStockPress products cost?
From about $8.99 for a single personalized card to $22.99 for a full 52-card deck or a wedding invitation suite. All prices are in USD and set on the Etsy listings.
How long does it take?
The personalization wizard takes about five minutes and the download is immediate. There is no shipping or fulfillment wait because there is nothing to ship.
Can I get a refund?
Because every item is a personalized instant digital download, sales are generally final. You preview the personalization live before buying, and you can re-run the wizard and re-download if you want to change your answers. Genuine file problems are handled through Etsy messages.
Can I use the file commercially or resell it?
No. Purchases are for personal use — print as many copies of your own personalized file as you need, for yourself or as a gift. Files may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially. Uploaded photos are used only to generate your file.
What if I want a physical product mailed to me?
GoodStockPress products are files you print yourself, so nothing is mailed ready-made. If you want a finished object shipped to you, these aren't the right fit — but printing at home or at a copy shop is straightforward, and the Print Lab tool removes most of the guesswork.
