The Family Emergency & ICE Card Kit walks you through your household once and hands back a finished, print-ready PDF: a wallet ICE (In Case of Emergency) card for every person, a glovebox card for each car, a fridge quick-card, and a full household emergency operating manual. There are no blank pages to stare at — you answer the questions and the kit is typeset for you.
The manual has twelve sections: contacts and key numbers, insurance and utility account numbers, where the water, gas and electricity shut off (and how), three meeting places, a medical summary, pets, vehicles, a caregiver / babysitter sheet, a go-bag and 10-minute grab list, a log of where your important original documents are kept, and one-page "what to do if…" guides for a fire, a medical emergency, a power outage, severe weather, a gas smell, a missing child, and a burst pipe.
It adapts to where you live: pick your country and the kit prints the right emergency number — 911, 112, 999, 000, 111 — and your national poison line where there is one. Everything you enter stays in your browser and your own private saved copy; it is never uploaded anywhere else, and the kit never asks for passwords, alarm codes, or safe combinations.
How the personalization works
You fill in your household directly through a guided web wizard — members, contacts, doctors, insurance and utility numbers, shut-off locations, meeting places, pets, a caregiver sheet, a go-bag list. There is no quiz and nothing is generated about you; it saves as you go, and the private link stays active so you can update the kit whenever your household changes.

Is this a fillable PDF, or do I type into a form?
You enter everything through a short guided web wizard after purchase, then download a finished PDF. It's easier than a fillable PDF and the result is laid out and print-ready.
Does it work outside the United States?
Yes. You pick your country on the first screen and the kit prints your local emergency number and national poison line throughout — 112 across Europe, 999 in the UK, 000 in Australia, 111 in New Zealand, and so on. You can also type a different number if you need to.
Is my family's information kept private?
Yes. Everything you type stays in your browser and a private saved copy tied to your order — it is never uploaded anywhere else. The kit deliberately never asks for passwords, wifi keys, alarm codes, or safe combinations.
What do I actually print?
Wallet ICE cards (credit-card size — print on cardstock, cut, and glue each front to its back), a car glovebox card, a fridge quick-card, and the manual sheets on plain Letter or A4 paper. A Cricut / Silhouette cut file for the small cards is included.
How long does it take?
